I don't know if that is the issue, but I've also tried with the stupid slip of paper they put in the box too, and nothing. I get web cam feed, but it certainly is NOT live. It's 2-3 seconds that blip up every 60-90 seconds, that's it. Has ANYONE gotten this to work yet? I have the 2-Disc special edition Blu-Ray and its a different cover.
