Earlier today, a teaser poster for Men In Black 3 was discovered by Collider.com and it looks to contain the beginning of a Men in Black 3 viral campaign. Embedded in the poster was a link to a Facebook page run by a teenager (BugEyes126) who is convinced that “the men in the black suits are real.” More after the break.

As you can see below, the bottom of the teaser poster contained a semi-hidden link to TheMenInBlackSuitsAreReal.com.

The Facebook page only has 122 likes as of this post, and only one status update. The info page gives a bit more background on what this is all about:

A few weeks ago we told you about a viral campaign for A&E’s upcoming two-part miniseries “Bag of Bones,” based on the Stephen King bestselling novel. Since we published that story, we received a very interesting and high-quality coffee table book with photos from the Dark Score Stories website. The book contains many of the same photos that were on DarkScoreStories.com, but there was at least one interesting discovery separating it from the site. Check it out after the break.

As far as I can tell, all of the images in the book are also online at DarkScorStories.com, in fact some of the photos from the site actually missing in the book. But there did seem to be one hidden surprise on the very last page. A picture of it is below:

If you’re a Stephen King fan, you’ll know that Zenith House is a fictional book publisher that King uses throughout his novels. Additionally, Roger Wade is actually a character from one of King’s novels. It’s a nice finishing touch to a really awesome portfolio.

Bag of Bones, starring Pierce Brosnan, Melissa George, and Jason Priestley is set to air December 11th and 12th on A&E.

A new viral website for A&E’s upcoming two-part miniseries “Bag of Bones,” which is based the Stephen King bestselling novel, was discovered yesterday – and it looks pretty interesting. Dark Score Stories gives you an interactive way to explore the background of some of the main characters, who narrate several images of themselves in a slideshow. It also gives some insight to Dark Score Lake, which acts as the setting of the story. More after the break.

The site was created by Campfire, a marketing agency founded by the creators of The Blair Witch Project. That means there’s definitely more to this site than meets the eye. In fact, some have already started finding hidden messages on the site. If you find anything, and we know there’s quite a few goodies to be found, let us know in the comments below.

So far we’ve seen the beginnings of a few viral campaigns at Comic-Con, and now we can add another to the list. Yesterday, MovieViral’s own Dan Koelsch discovered a code that was for the new Batman video game Arkham City. More after the break.

Once he discovered the code, Dan tweeted it to his followers. The code was was known to be somehow related to a website. The code was:

After only a few hours, the guys over at ArkhamCity.co.uk discovered a YouTube video which ends in with the code above, making the link YouTube.com/watch?v=IfnWCOg2D5k.

The discription of that YouTube video, which is undoubtedly another clue, reads:

“(1)Can (5)you (26)defeat (20)a (_)mind (21)such (7)as (5)mine(7)(5)(7)?” – #EN

The first official teaser poster for The Dark Knight Rises was released just a short while ago on the film’s official website … and it looks awesome! Fans of the series have been waiting a long time for a first look at the upcoming blockbuster, and it’s safe to say this will not disappoint. Check out the poster after the break.

While this poster barely scratches the surface of the story, it shows that whatever is planned for The Dark Knight Rises will be pretty awesome. The image looks like Inception meets Batman, and that sounds okay to me. Let us know what you think of the poster in the comments below.

USA Network is letting Twitter users engage and follow a “Tweetcast” for the television series Covert Affairs. Players can view photos, documents, and videos uncovered by CIA operatives working a mission in Budapest. The show’s character Auggie Andersen acts as a middle man between the players and the operatives in in Budapest. Though most of it is observing the story as it develops, there are some interactive elements to it as well. More after the break.

The Tweetcast started June 1st and will run until July 12th, setting the stage for that weeks episode of Covert Affairs. Luckily, USA Network has set up a website where you can catch up by watching mission recaps. Just go here to learn more about the campaign and to start playing.

A few months ago, it was reported that new scenes, possibly even a teaser for ‘TR3N’, would be included with the DVD Extras of TRON: Legacy. At least one of those extras leaked online earlier today. The video is both a continuation and a brief summary of the viral campaign, and hints towards the confirmed third installment of the TRON series. Watch the video after the break.

The intentions of this video aren’t clear, but it could be hinting at the plot of TRON 3 or the plot of the TRON 3 viral campaign. There may be hidden images in this footage, but we haven’t found anything yet, and we’ll update this article if anything is found. Either way, It’s a pretty cool addition for those of us who the campaign.

This one may have slipped past those who haven’t seen the original TRON, but one of the film’s characters makes a reappearance in this video. Roy “RAM” Kleinberg, who turns out happens to be Zack Attack from the Flynn Lives viral, is played by Dan Shor, who played the program RAM in the original film. While never revealed in TRON, we now who the user is that created the program. Here’s a picture of RAM from the original 1982 TRON.

[UPDATE]: Activision is now saying that the site is a hoax. More information at GamingViral.com.

A website containing a countdown for the next game in the Call of Duty series launched earlier today, with little information as to what it will reveal. It’s speculated the countdown is related to Modern Warfare 3, the (rumored) third installment in the extremely successful Modern Warfare series. The site, FindMakarov.com, was discovered after That Videogame Blog received bloody dog tags in the mail containing the URL address. More details after the jump.

GamingViral.com, our sister site, has more information on this story, but here’s the important details. The dog tags that were sent out (seen below) appear to belong to Shepherd from Modern Warfare 2, Makarov’s partner-in-crime, who, at the end of the game, you kill. This seems to suggest that either a full-on ARG will begin with the goal to find Makarov OR the next game will focus on finding Makarov. Also embeded on the tags is the phrase END THE WAR. The site has that Modern Warfare feel to it, with the green digital-like theme, so everyone is assuming this is related to the Modern Warfare series.
