So if you remember back to The Walking Dead season 2 opener, there was the commercial for Run For Your Lives, which is a zombie infested 5k race that is held in multiple cities throughout the year. If there is one thing I love, it’s a good gla….fine, BOTTLE, of wine. I also enjoy movies, movies about wine, and whining about movies. No, this is not my dating profile. Stay with me now. This article has a point, and that is that one of the greatest films to feature wine in it’s storyline is about to have a wonderful tribute paid to it, including it’s own cleverly named wine, “The Bottle of Wits”. With the joyous season of Halloween fast approaching, one can’t help but get excited with all of the horror programming that will be popping up all over TV. With Comic-Con 2011, literally, just underway, and it’s only preview night, signs of viral marketing are already rearing their pretty heads. With the likes of viral past, including The Dark Knight, Tron Legacy, and District 9, we can now welcome the films of Elysium, and a possible start of The Amazing Spider-Man to the mix. A while back we had mentioned a small, yet gruesome viral for the film Stake Land, and how much we loved it. What’s not to love about blood soaked viral at the time of its inception? I also pointed out how much of a fan I was of director Jim Mickle’s first film, Mulberry Street, as it changed the way of the zombie film, and in a very interesting way.
