A new subpage to the Project Prometheus website was recently found, titled Eridu. Eridu is an ancient Sumerian city in what is now Tell Abu Shahrain. When you type in “tell abu shahrain” into the login section, a new high-res image for the film Prometheus comes up. Check it out after the break.

Help Kickstart a “Grimm Fairy Tales” Animated Series


Zenescope Entertainment’s flagship comic book series, Grimm Fairy Tales is nearing it’s 75th issue. The series is the longest running, independent color comic being published today. Seeing how successful the series is, Zenescope wants to take Grimm Fairy Tales to the next level, making it more than a comic book. “The Hunger Games” Review: A Beautiful, Faithful, And Emotionally Engaging Adaptation

Adapting a novel that has a huge following can never be easy. Fans will not hesitate to rip the movie apart into tiny little pieces if its not up to or even exceeds their expectations, and for Gary Ross, he was tasked with the directing one a movie with largest followings, The Hunger Games. A movie that is expected to follow up the departing The Twilight Saga series. The book was filled with vivid images of violence and death but also tender moments that can bring a tear to you eye. While the movie focuses more on the latter, I can thankfully say that this movie is a faithful adaptation that is emotionally engaging and should exceed fans’ expectations. [Read more...]

WonderCon 2012: “Looper” Roundtable Interview With Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Rian Johnson

Our other roundtable interview at WonderCon was for the upcoming sci-fi action film Looper, in which we had the pleasure to sit down with star Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Director/Writer Rian Johnson. The film stars Levitt as a hitman who kills people sent back from the future by the mob, but then he recognizes one of his targets as his future self (played by Bruce Willis). WonderCon 2012: “The Amazing Spider-Man” Roundtable Interview With Emma Stone and Marc Webb

Before their panel at WonderCon on Saturday, I and other reporters got to sit down with director Marc Webb and Gwen Stacy herself, Emma Stone, from The Amazing Spider-Man. During the roundtable interview, the two talk about working on a film that has so much anticipation, how much dialogue was improvised, the importance of having a scene in a superhero film where the mask gets ripped off, and more.
