Jim Carrey Dresses as Kick-Ass and Joins Conan O’Brien On Stage To Sing Superman Song

That is possibly one of the strangest titles I’ve ever written. You read right, Conan O’Brien is on his “Legally Prohibited From Being Funny On Television Tour”, and on multiple occasions has been joined on stage by Jim Carrey as they both sing Five for Fighting’s “Superman (It’s Not Easy”). You have already seen the version where Carrey comes on as Superman himself, but on Sunday night in Los Angeles, he was Kick-Ass. Check out both videos after the break.

Box Office Weekend Reality: Old Dragon Almost Slays New Superheroes

Although estimates of weekend box office figures are usually pretty accurate, sometimes we get a bit of a surprise. This weekend was a great example, as new release Kick-Ass barely beat out three week old How to Train Your Dragon, which was expected to win out. Kick-Ass Review: It Kicks…You Know

To me, 2010 is looking to be a great year for movies. There are alot of films that i really must see. Kick-Ass, however, is THE movie to see this year, at least for me. I have loved the comic ever since i read it back in 2008. I loved the mix of humor and ultra-violence. Kick-Ass is without a doubt one of my alltime favourite comics. So it was with great expectations that i sat down at the movies a couple of hours ago.
