The mystery surrounding the upcoming film They’re Here is really coming to fervor as the countdown to October 10th runs out in less than two weeks. We know almost nothing about the film, other than it looks to be independently made in Europe, and it’s most likely about an alien invasion of sorts. The people behind it have been releasing teaser videos online leading up to 10/10/10 (on which we don’t even know what will happen), and the latest one is the most dynamic. We’ve been following the progression of the online marketing for They’re Here, a film we know very little about other than it may be about an alien invasion. We’ve seen a few videos so far that show UFOs in poor quality footage, but now we have one (apparently over Glasgow) that might be from the alien’s point of view, as the tag line “we’re here” seems to imply. We still have just over a month until we understand what the film They’re Here is really all about. Sure, it’s pretty much certain that it’s about aliens and possibly an invasion (though the phrase “make contact” comes up), but we know nothing about the production itself, including who is behind it. Until the countdown ends, it looks like we’ll get little teases like the video after the break that shows a UFO in England that just looks like a ball of light.
