“A Space Traveler Who Can Also Travel Through Time” Needs Your Help Getting to Season 2! Caleb Hamilton, February 21, 2013February 25, 2013 Last year, Travis Richey set out to bring Inspector Spacetime to the small screen after appearing on Community as the character, a spoof of Doctor Who. After the idea was shot down by NBC and Sony, Richey took matters into his own hands and decided to create his own web series using the Inspector Spacetime character and Kickstarter to fund the project. NBC told him that he could not use the character name, but that did not stop him. After a very successful first season, Richey and his team are trying to Kickstart Untitled Web Series About A Space Traveler Who Can Also Travel Through Time season 2.The Kickstarter for season 2 is a very short campaign, running for just under a month! The goal for Richey and his team is to raise $10,000 before March 9th in order to shoot a prequel episode, just like to ones done for Doctor Who. Any extra money raised will go towards season 2 proper. This project is very important to Travis, as he wants to be able to bring the highest quality work to the fans and also reward those who are working on the series.
